- Basic and specialized treatment care, care planning and documentation.
- Monitoring and therapy of patients in vascular and trauma surgery.
- Support with all investigations in the department.
- Preparation and follow-up of diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
- Nursing care and support for patients in geriatrics.
Close collaboration with the physical and occupational therapy team.
Support with patient hygiene. - Digital planning and documentation of our patients' care measures.
- They are the first point of contact for relatives, doctors and therapists.
- Completed 3-year nursing training or alternatively as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d).
- Initial professional experience in the clinical area is an advantage.

- Proof of vaccinations or immunity according to the Infection Protection Act (e.g. measles).
- School leaving certificate or equivalent qualification; Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is preferred.
- BSc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) - required
- Demonstrated experience caring for the elderly or similar population, preferably in a long-term care facility or assisted living setting.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, medical terminology and infection control.
- Strong communication skills at least B2 level in German and the ability to interact effectively with residents, families and the care team.
- Compassionate, patient and compassionate approach to elder care.
- Physical ability to assist in lifting, transferring and positioning residents as needed.
- Confident use of electronic patient records and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
