GloberiaGlobal.de offers non-physical, digital content for download or streaming. Access is granted immediately after successful payment unless otherwise noted.

  • All digital products are for personal use only.
  • Sharing, distributing, or reselling content is strictly prohibited.

3. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a digital product under these terms. The contract is concluded when payment is completed, and you receive access or download instructions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR, including VAT where applicable. We accept secure payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and Google Pay.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with §356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires once the download or streaming of digital content begins, provided:

  • The consumer expressly agrees to immediate fulfillment, and
  • Acknowledges the waiver of the right of withdrawal upon contract execution.

Therefore, no refund or cancellation is possible once the content has been accessed.

6. User Account

Users may be required to create an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, graphics, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Globeria Consulting GmbH. Any unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is legally prohibited.

  • Employment outcomes
