  • GloberiaGlobal.de provides consultancy services, online packages, service registrations, assistance with job applications, and immigration-related guidance, as well as digital content for download or streaming.

  • Access to digital products is generally granted immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise specified.

  • Certain services or packages may require additional verification or documentation before activation.

     

3. Contract Conclusion

  • By placing an order (for registrations, consultancy, assistance, or digital products), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • A contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and confirmation is provided by Globeria Consulting GmbH.

     

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR, including VAT where applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, and other methods listed at checkout.

  • Fees for consultancy, registrations, or packages are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

     

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  • For digital content: In accordance with §356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires once download/streaming begins, provided you have expressly agreed to this and acknowledged the waiver of withdrawal rights.

  • For services and registrations: Once services have started or consultation has been delivered, no cancellation or refund is possible.

  • For premium consultancy packages: Custom engagements follow separate written agreements that define payment, scope, and termination rules.

     

6. User Accounts

  • Certain services may require creating a user account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Unauthorized access or misuse may result in suspension or termination.

     

7. Intellectual Property

  • Liability for third-party errors, delays, or legal restrictions is excluded.

9. Registrations, Assistance & Consultancy Engagements

  • Service registrations provide access to consultancy, assistance, or digital services as described at the time of purchase.

  • Job Placement Assistance: Globeria provides support services such as profile review, application assistance, and advisory guidance. We do not act as an employer, do not issue job offers/offer letters, and do not guarantee employment or placement.

  • Immigration Assistance: Globeria may support candidates with documentation, advisory, and procedural assistance. We do not represent ourselves as immigration authorities and cannot guarantee visa or residence permit approvals.

  • All services are provided strictly in compliance with German laws and regulations.

  • Premium consultancy packages may require separate contracts with distinct commercial terms.

  • Personal data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

  • By using our services, you consent to such processing.

     

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
